BUSINESS CONSULTANT JAKARTA & MEDAN
You will be responsible for prospecting and negotiating new commercial vehicle sales to customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant transaction. If you are motivated by challenging sales targets, providing excellent customer service and follow up, acting as the principle contact between the company and customers, representing the brand BMW, reporting to the Sales Manager we are looking for you.
Actively pursue and secure sales through close follow-ups and upholding of great customer service to achieve high customers’ retention and recurrence of sales.
Source for leads to expand clients database and challenge your selling skills to meet sales targets.
Proficient in product and pricing knowledge so as to handle customers’ queries with professionalism and care.
Provide thorough follow up and responsible for the contract signing and procedures of new vehicle registration on an end-to-end basis.
Willing to “walk that extra miles” providing customer with extraordinary services within possible and legal means.
Candidate must posses at least Diploma in any field.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
Major in Marketing/Business Development/ Sales-Retail or equivalent is a plus.
Ability to communicate well.
English is essential, speaking and writing understanding.
Have a good lead database.
Energetic and target oriented.
Polite, positive attitude, and good social skill.
Self-motivated, go-getter and a good team player.
Must have driver license A.

SERVICE ADVISOR MEDAN
"We are looking for a dedicated Service-Advisor to be part of our BMW customer service team. You will be part of our highly customer centric team providing excellent customer service that is representative of the BMW brand. Being in a dynamic environment, you are expected to adapt, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge which will be necessary to your success in this role.
First point of contact to greet and welcome all visitors and walk-in customers promptly.
Ensure after-sales support to customers by providing high level of customer service (e.g. attend to customer needs, replenish refreshment supply).
Attend to incoming calls, handle general enquiries and channel customers to the right person-in-charge.
Handle all customers’ appointment bookings for service and repairs promptly.
Process job order and ensure effective flow of information from customers to workshop and vice versa.
Assist in the procedures for customers’ collection of vehicles when the service / repair jobs are completed.
Maintain proper and accurate documentation to ensure rightful collection of vehicles after servicing.
Manage and promote boutique accessories and assist customers in enquiries on boutique sales.
Additional for cashier function (if applicable)
Ensure collected payments received are submitted to the Account department daily.
Updating of all payments received in the system."
To develop creative ideas and concepts choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the company objectives
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
Design for signage and other marketing tools
Handle and supervise the process of production.
S1 in Design Graphic/Design Visual Communication
Min 3 years experienced in the same field preferably from high rise building (office/apartment/commercial)
Have a good computer skills (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, 3D Max, preferably for Dreamweaver, any graphic software
Must be competent photographer/ videographer
Good in English speaking and writing is a must
Have an outgoing personality, good communication skills
Strong commitment, trustworthy and hard worker
Willingness to work under pressure and long hours if needed.
